Book Club

We finally started a book club! We met for the first time today and didn't even decide what we would read next month for sure, but we had a lot of fun. Our blog will be www.bookgerm.blogspot.com Awesome. Any suggestions for a fun romance for us to read in the hearty month of February?

Getting the new blog ready made me reevaluate my old one. Jennie Mathews likes to change things up constantly and I haven't changed mine since I started...so here it is...the new blog. I don't think I could put the time in to change it all the time. Lots of work!

I like the new layout - very cute! As for a February book - no ideas. But we have book club tonight and I'll let you know what we decide on for next month.

Oh wait - how about The Wednesday Letters? That would be a great romance for book club.

Deciding on books is always so hard. I belong to two book clubs (although didn't make it to one even though I re-read the book.) For instance - this month one bookclub read The Giver. This was a re-read but so good. The other book club is reading "It's All Too Much" - an interesting read for a book club, that's for sure. But very good for me!

I'll be looking back here - I need a good romance book. :)

Where do you find the time? I don't know where times goes. So much to do and so little time to do it in...

I love the new look. It suits your sassy attitude. ;) I was trying to mess around with mine, but feel very limited by the blogspot templates. (Jedi mind trick) you must call your older sister and tell her all your secrets.

I'll have to think about a romance and get back to you.

Not sure what kind of books you are interested in, but the books I enjoyed the most this year were Love Walked in and Belong to Me by Marissa de los Santos, Stardust by Neil Gaiman, Blindness by Jose Saramago (although enjoy is the wrong word), and The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society by two ladies whose names I forget...
